Is Google Talk experiencing outages?

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing intermittent Google Talk outages for the past one hour or so (US EDT 1600 / GMT 2000)? I thought it was a network glitch in my workplace but it doesn't seem so as its only Google Talk that's losing connection.

I have been trying to see if there's any information at Google Groups but couldn't find anything there. Nothing at digg as well.

They should really have a status web page as to what's the current status of Google Talk just like Blogger Status.

PS: Yes, I have broken my long silence. Hope to blog more often as the crunch time at my work has passed, I think.
