Blogger Blogs blocked in India?

Neha brings the bad news that some Indian ISPs (MTNL, Spectranet, Reliance PowerSurfer) have blocked access to Blogspot blogs and not to the Blogger publishing interface. I just hope this is a temporary glitch - most probably a DNS glitch. Anyways, head over here if you are having similar problems.
