How creativity is being strangled by the law

I have been meaning to write about Copyright and how it is misunderstood and misstated by lot of people everywhere, then I stumbled upon this talk by Stanford Professor Larry Lessig and he explains it much better using simple analogies. One of the best talks I have listened to about Copyright and how it is being misrepresented by both sides.
